This training will address the difference between cultural proficiency/competency and cultural humility, measure one’s own intercultural humility using the Intercultural Development Continuum, as well as concrete definitions and activities
This training is intended for NJEA/NEA Member Benefits Ambassadors, but is open to all members to learn about existing and upcoming programs and services for members.
The Old Bridge Education Association (OBEA) will host a Member Benefits Fair with up to 12 exhibitors, as part of their Spring Social event. This event is exclusive to OBEA

Attendees will be provided with the tools needed to create, support, and defend inclusive curriculum, while creating a space for LGBTQIA+ advocates and their allies to interact and share their
