Our morning keynote address will be delivered by acclaimed journalist Maria Hinojosa, whose extensive work in immigration has shed light on the stories and struggles of countless individuals.

Following the morning keynote, a panel of our very own NJEA members will uplift a discussion of how immigration, identity, and personal experiences intersect and how we are called as a justice centered community to incorporate immigration as a human and civil rights and equity priority.

In the afternoon, Juan Cartagena, Esq. will guide us through a data and policy focused discussion as we expand on the intersectionality of immigration and how our collective power can create positive change in this critical time.
