The New Jersey State Bar Association’s Minorities in the Profession Section (MIPS) is sponsoring an essay contest in celebration of Black History Month. New Jersey high school students are invited to write original essays (1,500 words or less) on topic questions provided by MIPS. There is no charge to enter.
