The Artists in Education Residency Grant Program (AIE) places highly qualified professional artists in schools for 20 days or more. The residencies occur during the school day and are designed to enhance arts education for students and faculty. Any New Jersey public, private, charter, or parochial school serving grades Pre-K through 12 is eligible to apply.
AIE is currently accepting applications from interested NJ Schools. These incredible grants provide a 20-day artist residency, which is developed by the school team, based on their specific community needs. Any school in NJ is eligible to apply. The deadline is early March.
We are aware how challenging the school year is, and AIE Manager Michael Roberson Reid is available to provide support to teachers who are exploring the opportunity.
