Event Description
Restorative Justice/Practices is a process by which an individual acknowledges wrongdoing, takes steps to repair harm and is welcomed back into the school community. This fosters a culture that elevates dialogue and values relationships.
The Restorative Justice/Practices Training has four learning objectives:
• Address the needs of the school community
• Build healthy relationships between educators and students
• Reduce and prevent harmful behaviors
• Reduce the need for punitive measures for negative behaviors
