This conference will offer aspiring educators crucial professional development in topics such as disinformation and adverse childhood experiences, which are essential for navigating the complexities of modern classrooms.

This year’s theme is “Activate your Activism” and the conference’s focus on race, gender, and ability underscores the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in education, empowering educators to cultivate inclusive spaces where all students feel valued and supported. NJEA Preservice Awards will be presented at the closing session. Nominate an individual or a chapter here.
The conference is open to NJEA Preservice members only, at no cost. Enrollment is limited to the first 175 NJEA Preservice members who have pre-registered online. Graduate students who are not eligible for active NJEA membership may also join NJEA Preservice. To join NJEA Preservice, go to njea.org/preservice.
