What It Is

At its core, 200K Conversations is about engaging NJEA members, listening to their stories, learning from their experiences, and building a stronger, more inclusive Association by empowering them to find their Union space and voice. As members, we are reaching out to every NJEA member because every member’s voice matters, and together, we are stronger.

Why We Need You

Because your voice matters! When you join the 200K Conversations Initiative, you will have the opportunity to build authentic and sustained connections with other NJEA members. One conversation at a time, you will help connect fellow educators with their Union. It is an enriching experience for all that will foster collective and personal growth as union members and people.
